Tracey Newmones has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years.  Currently she is the Broker-Owner of Executive Realtors, an independent Residential Real Estate firm, offering a variety of services to the local community in the Atlantic County Area.  These services include Residential Listings and Sales, as well as Residential Rentals, working with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.  Her current designations include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Specialist).  These designations, along with her commitment to personal continuing education, enable her to excel at every level in the Real Estate industry.  She has experience with teaching and training for the Atlantic City and County Board of Realtors, providing her colleagues with the ability to navigate the Multiple Listing System (MLS).

Her commitment to honesty and integrity has been recognized by the Real Estate industry through numerous awards, which have included 2004 Distinguished Realtor of the Year from the Atlantic City & County Board of Realtors and the Circle of Excellence Award from the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) for years 1997 through 2012.

She currently serves on the Board of the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (Stockton Affiliated Services, Inc. SASI), as well as the Atlantic City & County Board of Realtors.  She is a Program Coordinator committee member for the Pleasantville Housing Authority and is a weekly volunteer for the Atlantic County Justice Facility in Mays Landing, New Jersey.  Additionally, Tracey is a minister under the direction of Collins A. Days of Second Baptist Church in Atlantic City.

Tracey is known for her hard work, diligence and confident ability to negotiate some of the most difficult Real Estate transactions.  She is acknowledged for her determination to find the right home and fit for each of her clients and will persevere to that end.  She enjoys a stellar reputation for quick and timely responses to each client’s needs and concerns, as well as for working well with others.
